When you sign up for our Oregon Registered Agent Service, you’ll get 3 FREE mail scans each year plus an additional 10 or 25 when you upgrade to one of our Mail Forwarding packages. We understand sometimes the amount of mail you are sent is beyond your control. This is why we do not refuse any mail we receive on your behalf (and we NEVER upload junk mail). To avoid over limit fees, you can upgrade to our Virtual Office service and get unlimited scans.
Can I only sign up for Oregon Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office Service?
Absolutely. If you don’t need any business services right now, you can sign up for Oregon Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office on its own. Regardless of where you are in your business journey, our team will be here to help keep your mail organized. When you’re ready for additional services, adding them is easily done through your online account.
Do I need to file any forms with the United States Postal Service (USPS)?
Nope. You won’t need to file anything (including an address change) with USPS.
Does Oregon Mail Forwarding include packages?
No. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept packages for your business. If we receive a package, we’ll typically return it to the sender. However, if we’re not able to return it, our team will contact you. If you’d like us to forward the package to you, we will charge $15 plus shipping fees. All packages received will only be held for 14 days.
