Change My Oregon Registered Agent

There are two ways to change your registered agent in Oregon

1) Change on Annual Report

Oregon allows businesses to update information when filing their Annual Report.

Best Way to File: Online

The Fee: $100 (this is your annual renewal fee, not a change of agent fee)

To change your Oregon registered agent online you need to access the Secretary of State’s website. You will need your Registry Number in order to log in and file you Annual Report. Online filings are processed immediately.

Other Ways to File: Mail or Fax

If you mail or fax your Annual Report to the Oregon Secretary of State, your filing will take longer to process: usually 3 to 5 business days.

2) File an Information Change Form

You can file an Information Change Form at any time.

Best Way to File: Fax or Mail

The Cost: No Processing Fee

For LLCs: LLC Information Change Form

For Corporations: Corporation Information Change Form

An Information of Change Form does not require our signature.
